Pros: Very nice cushioning, helped ankle pain and shin splints

Cons: May be to large for small shoes, but you can trim

Comments: I'm a walker who started developing shin splints last year. I've tried all of the store bought inserts (gels, cushion, everything) and couldn't find anything that would ease the pain in my lower legs. The doctor even recommended that I stop walking for a few months, but it's my one hobby that I really enjoy. I finally tried the Walk Fit as a last ditch attempt and was surprised when after only three days the pain in my lower legs eased. That was two weeks ago. Since then I tweaked my ankle but wearing my walking shoes (with these inserts) makes the pain almost non-existent. Definitely pick up these inserts if you're a walker or jogger.
